<p>Essays: should be awesome i.e. will be by far the best part of my application hands down</p>

<p>I think you should get into at least one of the schools, but you might want to apply to some backups just in case.</p>

<p>I already got accepted to the University of Michigan so I see no problem with applying to some of these ultra-selective schools now that I basically have nothing to lose and everything to gain.</p>
