I was born in Kenya (16 Male) but have spent 8 years in England and 8 years in Maryland, I do identify as Kenyan when I speak to people and I regularly go back to my family’s home. Is Kenyan a URM or am I a URM ?

Are you a US citizen or green card holder? If not you are international so there is no URM bump.

Kenyan is a nationality, not a race. If you are black, you are URM. If you are white, you’re not.
