I am aiming for the like of Vassar or Colby College.
What do you guys think? Thanks in advance.
Is there a list of LAC you are looking at?
Sorry for the slow reply. Time zone difference is really inconvenient. I am currently considering:
Skidmore
Berea
Vassar
Colby
Washington and Lee
University of Virginia
Bates
Colorado College
Connecticut College
Trinity
Occidental
Weslayan
Wabash
U of Cincinnati
Truman
Macalester
Have you researched which of these schools will fully fund tuition for International students?
If not you should cross those schools from your list.
Yea I’m working on that. Most of them do in fact meet 100% demonstrated need. Just that they must be quite selective regarding international students admission so I want you guys’ opinions on whether I stand a high-medium chance of getting into those
“Most of them do in fact meet 100% demonstrated need.” They may for US students but not for internationals.
hm thank you, am looking into that
A Vietnamese 9 is actually an American 4.0.
Your odds at Berea are good.
And yes most do cover 100% need, BUT unlike for Americans they’re not need blind but need aware, meaning that the more money out need the less likely it is You’ll get in.
For the others (outside Berea), it’s too competitive to predict you will get into even one. You’re competitive for admission, and you may get in, but nothing’s certain.
Look for a poster called evelyn1996.
