Sorry for the long post, and
thanks for your help :)

any feedback would be appreciated…thanks :)

Hi, I’m a college freshman so i had to go through all that crap last year. I actually just asked my roommate because he applied to most of these schools last year. I think Notre Dame, BC, and Pittsburgh are all worth a shot, but with your SAT’s I don’t see you getting into the other ones. My roommate was rejected and he had an SAT of 1490(or 2270), and was #2 in a class of 700. So, I think it’s worht a shot but I don’t see it happening at most of those schools. they have thousands of applicants for like 2000-3000 slots. They can pick and choose anyone. but you can be happy anywhere, i got accepted at Duke, UNC, William and mary and others liek that but I chose Clemson’s Honors college and it’s a dream come true. but good luck!

thanks for the advice. and if anyone knows any match/safety schools that would fit my credentials…i’m looking for suggestions as well!

Look, your SAT scores are from SOPHOMORE year! There’s no reason you can’t get them up >2200 by senior year. Study the Blue Book. Keep your grades up, your class rank is in the top 5%.You are definately on track. Good Luck.

you can attain all those schools if you work hard if you keep up the positive trend. except stanford

Keep working hard this year and you probably will have a good shot at most of them and also try to take the ACT

you have a good variety of schools
u will def get into Pitt and Villanova, but the others depend on your grades & scores & ECs for the next year!

thank you. any other opinions?
