OK - I've read about all the peeps with new status about "Being Reviewed" by Admission Committee, and the one's with "Acted Upon" - am I the only one left with "Forwarded for Committee Review"

I just get the feeling that my application is sitting there in a folder which has fallen behind the sofa, or it otherwise lost. I've heard nothing. I've submitted Fall Grades, I've Submitted Financial Aid Forms. No Links Work. No new tabs. Nothing.

This doesn't feel good.

Nope, I have the “forwarded” status too. It’s really disheartening to still be on this status because there aren’t that many days in March left.

Yeah I was changed to fowarded on friday and haven’t changed since! it can mean anything at this point but i’m not feeling too great about it…

I would think you’re still in the running and they haven’t made your decision… it could even be a positive thing. Mine has been acted upon and I am an INTL who has received no DHL… so I am pretty sure i’ve been rejected. However, if your fwd they may still be making a decision…

good luck guys!

I am still reviewed too :/// hopefully it’s good!

if you’re in you should have enrollment commit deposit and rsvp for admitted students when u log in. no need to check status

warren, there are many examples of students who reaceived their admission packages while they still were not able to access those tabs.

King625…this is what my status changed to this morning.

“The committee has acted on your application, and we have mailed notice of the decision. If for some reason you have not received our written notification, we will be happy to provide the results over the phone beginning April 11th.”

Look at the bright side. We know for sure our decisions have been mailed now. Good or sad decision, at least now we won’t have to worry about it anymore. It will make the trip to the mailbox so EXCITING. I just want any envelope, big, small,…I just want to know either way. I am hoping for the fatty one though hahaha.

tornados, it is so exciting and so terrifying! We’ll all be with you on that trip to the mailbox!

3 hours till my mail comes :. Getting really anxious!

I have a few new tabs in financial aid, including the “work study” tab… :\ What could this even mean!

i think today will be one of the most EPIC 20ft, 7 second, long walks to my little mailbox at the end of my driveway… of all time… and if not today! then tomorrow will due… but by the time wednesday rolls around i think it might be just a tad less exciting than today… but still somewhat nerve-racking in all fairness.

okay lets not kid ourselves…

i will be sprinting. hahah

Do you have the missing docs link under your statement?

It seems like there are 2 status changes. One is Acted Upon and the other is reviewd by admissions. They must mean 2 different things, but who knows which one is the admitted status.

My S is a total mess and so am I. I will just be glad to get “A” decision one way or another so he can get on with his life. He feels like he has not been able to really start making plans for college until he hears from USC.

Good luck to everyone today! :)

I agree cali. I go to school some 15-20 minutes from my house, and i know i will be exceeding the speed limit by more than 20 mph all the way home. Upon arrival i will crash into my mailbox and hopefully out will fall the big USC envelope with good news for me.

EDIT: SDmom, i have the missing docs link, but i have the “ACted upon”

most people who were reviewed yesterday were acted upon today
for example mine was

reviewed—fwd—reviewed—acted upon

Which tab is the missing doc link under?

It should be under the Application Status

yea i had forwarded > reviewed> acted upon. missing docs link showed up w/ reviewd and is still there now… TEASING ME. hahah

partizanct i think that is a great plan. worse comes to worse you’ll die happy!! hahahah

SDMom56. Yes, I have the missing document link as well. It shows that none of my documents are missing. To me, that is the area that they would probably put a notation for the need to send in your end of the year grade report. I think that is why that link is there.
