Am I any good?

Hi I’m from Canada and just finished grade 11 of the IB program. I was wondering what my chances of getting into University of Toronto engineering science or health sci (or Ivy leagues) would be. In terms of grades I have:
-97 (level 7) gr 12 advanced functions
-97 (level 7) gr 12 calculus
-96 ( level 6) gr 12 french
-97 (level 7) sl physics
-95 (level 6) hl chem

  • 80 (level 5) hl english
  • 91 (level 6) hl economics

2250 on SAT

In terms of marks the last three may change based on how i do next semester (predicted marks), but are realistically going to remain more or less the same. Those are only IB courses. During grade 9-10 my average was around a mid to high 80 because in all honesty I didn’t care.

In terms of EC’s:

  • I have a silver medal at the Canada Wide Science Fair
  • Have competed at ICDC (international career development conference) for DECA
  • Assist at Toronto's hospital for sick children with certain research studies
  • Played AA hockey until I got a concussion
  • top 3% on waterloo math contest etc.(i think fermat)
  • other EC's aren't worth mentioning such as participation in various clubs and other minor awards

My question is do I have a chance at the UofT programs i listed or at the Ivy leagues despite my pretty horrid gr9-10 marks? Also if you have any suggestions for improvement (EC’s, I can’t change my marks) that would be great.

UofT takes the top-6 into account. Engineering science is hard, I know but still in range.

As for Ivies, mid-high 80s in the first two years mark some improvement but, knowing how inflated Ontario grades are, it’s almost like a 3.3 for grades 9-10.

So I guess York or Waterloo is your safety. Or UToronto Health sciences.

so basically: low chance at Ivies, medium for eng sci, and almost certain for the rest? oh and one more question, is biology a requirement for health sci?
