am i being ridiculous? let me know asap

i am a caucasian girl, i am an american citizen, but i have lived overseas my entire life in ukraine and the phillipines. i am pretty fluent in russian.
so i have an sat score of 2110, and i have a gpa of roughly 3.75. my class is pretty small, so im not sure of class rank, hopefully around five to eight percent
ec's are as follows:
yearbook editor in chief
four years of soccer, three of basketball
i take part in many various service and ministry projects, around two hours per week most weeks of the year
i do theatre at my school
i attended a pretty prestigious four week summer writing program at columbia university, and i got an excellent assessment from that
i help with my parents ministry, which involves street kid ministry, college student ministry, and camps for children who live in the carpathian mountains (ukraine)
these dont seem all that impressive, but in reference to the size of the schools ive attended and the amount of opportunities ive had, they're not all that bad

and of course, the collegs i am applying to: columbia university, georgetown university, unc chapel hill, new york university, vanderbilt, wheaton college, and elon university

please let me know, thanks :)

I would think that any college will view you as quite unique and be happy have you.

Elon has a passion for international service and is likely to be very welcoming.

The state schools are likely to be the most by the book GPA / SAT

you seem to have applied to a good range of schools, which is definitely a good thing. if your 3.75 is unweighted then i think you have good shots at the top schools on your list (Vandy, Georgetown, Columbia, UNC) but chances won’t be quite as good if its weighted. Still, you should apply to them all.
