I have a MS in civil engineering from UCD (graduated June 2013) and I am a CA resident.

I am interested in enrolling at a UC this upcoming winter/spring to obtain another bachelors degree. It is possible to apply this fall, get accepted, and enroll in winter/spring, or must I wait until fall of 2014? Would I be considered a transfer student?

I've emailed several campuses, but no one has been able to answer this question for me.

Thanks!

Most campuses won’t admit someone looking for a second bachelors degree and the others seem to be very limited.

Not great news, but this is helpful. Thanks!

I believe UCD and UCR are the only UC schools accepting second bacc. applications for engineering.

The UC’s are public colleges funded by the taxpayers of our great state. You might get a 2nd degree but you will pay full freight for it. No FA for 2nd degree.
