Am I crazy?

<p>Can you help me determine my chances?</p>

<p>Northwestern (ED) , USC, Boston College, Vassar, Brown, Boston University, Wake Forest, Georgetown</p>

<p>I am first Generation American, and first to go to college. I am also a Hispanic Male.</p>

<p>I have a 4.0 gpa and a 4.7 hpa
Here comes the worst part: I have a 2000 sat score, 700 reading, 650 math, and a 650 writing.
Got 3 5's on AP exams</p>

<p>Went to Kansas Boys State, a premiere leadership and politics program</p>

<p>Officer on NHS
President of Spanish honor society
Vice President of local organization for rehabilitating youth with drug backgrounds
Had a year long internship at a law firm
Vice President of a tutoring organization
President of Students for the Poor (cliche name, I know)
Theatre Teacher at local camp instilling the importance of the arts in children</p>

AP GOVERNMENT
Dual Enrolling Environmental Science
and the mandatory 2 electives for my school</p>

<p>Application is very centered around the arts, I am involved in my theatrical productions, both on stage and off, and have accumulated many credits.</p>

<p>Please give me any guidance you can!</p>

<p>You have a good chance at all except Brown. The Hispanic, first generation, and emphasis on the arts will help a lot! But to get into Brown you have to be INSANELY exceptional in one thing. Don’t get me wrong, you can apply but your chances are VERY slim there. Everywhere else, I think you have a good shot. Little word of advice, don’t treat BU as a safety. Them, American U, and Tulane are notorious for “Tufts Syndrome.” Either show interest in them or apply to another safety school. </p>

<p>I think your list is great, and have a good chance at any of those colleges</p>

<p>work on SAT just for the better chance.
