Total- 2290</p>

<p>About to take the SATIIs (Math2, Bio E and Physics)</p>

English Lit</p>

<p>ECs/Awards:
Co-editor of school newspaper
NHS member
100+ community service hours fixing computers at school
Two weeklong mission trips to the Yucatan (semifluent in Spanish)
Various prizes at the International Youth Fuel Cell Competition
Nat'l Medal of Technology Certificate of Meritorious Achievement (god what a mouthful)

Of course I'm in a highly competitive high school so this is mitigated somewhat.</p>

<p>I'm trying (hoping) to get into a really great school like say Caltech or perhaps MIT.
Am I delusional?</p>

<p>You are definitely NOT delusional, they seem like decent high matches for you... i would say its down to your SAT 2s, your recs and essay... if they like you, they like you!</p>

<p>i'd say you'd have a pretty good shot/slight reach at caltech as long as your sat 2's and recs turn out pretty well.</p>
