Am i screwed for college now?

No. Do you get a semester grade. Did the a- and b+ average a- or b+? Plus the freshman year is the least important grade wise. The rigor of your classes will be considered. Are you screwed? Harvard will be more critical that a state college, so look at a college you are interested in and see what their average admission stats are. I think you will be fine.

Work hard in geometry and English to get your final grades up to A-. Then you will only have one B in an honors class and as long as you show an upward trend one B will absolutely not kill you. You may even be able to get that year grade up with hard work and As for the remaining two quarters. They aren’t as bad as they seem because they are borderline As so you still have time to change them. Remember that was only the 1sthalf of the year.

bbaa is an a overall.

You can still recover but it will weigh you down when you apply to college. You’ll probably go to a public school like high level CSU or low level UC if you live California. But don’t be discouraged, just make sure to try and keep up the A’s and maybe take a few AP classes.

Work hard, just make sure it doesn’t happen again if you’re aiming high (Ivies). If I ever get a bad grade I promise my self that it will never happen again, and I study crazily for that specific subject and it usually works though there are the occasional B’s on Tests.

I would say you’re doing pretty good; however you could put a little bit more effort into classes you’re getting B or B+'s in.
