Am I doomed to community college?

(I didn't really know where else to post this)

So I'm a junior and I've REALLY messed up this year and last. By the end of this year my cumulative GPA should be around a 2.6-2.7. I just had some issues at home and with myself, and school sort of fell off my list of priorities. My transcript has 3 Ds and a whole lot of Cs (luckily I've never literally failed anything.) I know colleges like to see upward trends but I have the opposite. My freshman year was amazing, but then it all went downhill. I was hoping that I could get into a lesser college/university, do well and transfer after two years, but now I'm worried that I won't be able to get into ANY college. I've been looking on collegeboard and it seems as though it is possible to get into college with a GPA as low as mine, but I'm still very worried. It's kind of early to chance me since I don't have a lot of stats yet, but this is what I have so far:

GPA: 2.6-2.7
AP classes: USH, English Lang. and I'm taking English Lit next year. Cs in both classes + 1 D last semester in APUSH. (which will show up on transcript since the class is divided into three semester-long classes.)
AP exams: I don't have the scores yet. I took APUSH on Friday, and I know I didn't get above a 3. I take English next week.
SAT: I took it for the first time in March without studying and got a 1700. I'm taking it again in June and then again in the fall. I hope to raise my score to at least a 1900.
SAT II: took Literature, USH and French lang. yesterday. Bombed French, so I'll be retaking that one in December. I believe I got a 600-650 in USH, so I'll probably be retaking that one too. Idk about Literature.
ACT: taking in June
ECs: None, except for being Vice President of the World Language Honor Society (the only class I consistently get As in is French, despite bombing the SAT.)
-Tennis, but outside of school.

-I'm actually a (very) good writer and I'll try and do as well as possible on my essays.

These are some of the colleges I've been looking at:

The New School (first choice)
Hampshire
Muhlenberg
Temple
Hofstra
Ball State
Bowling Green State
Champlain
CSU: Dominguez Hills, Fullerton, Monterey Bay and Northridge
San Francisco State
CUNY Brooklyn College
Virginia Commonwealth
George State
Marlboro
Keene State
SUNY Purchase College

Sorry if the list if kind of long, haha. But anyway, based on my stats so far do I stand a chance of getting into any of them? Maybe if I do well next year + boost my ECs?

You definitely should lose hope in getting into a school other than a community college. If you can get your SAT scores up to a 1900 you will definitely get into a few of those schools on your list. However, it will be VERY important for you to interview at these schools and show these people that you are better than what your GPA shows. Good Luck!

Please chance me back! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1144211-chance-cornell.html

I hope you mean shouldnt.
You can definately get into some of those schools. Thats a low gpa, but you are at least taking AP classes.
The CSUs are in reach for u at least, definately. Maybe not northridge.

Keene state looks like a go
