So i got my SAT scores back, and here it is. I took it three times now.

2030, 2140, 2270.
Will the previous two score hurt my college application?

^Clearly you are doomed. I might consider getting a jump start on the hunt for the cardboard box (good ones go fast) that is certain to become your home.

…

yeah those sat scores are pretty bad… HA FUNNY JOKE THOSE ARE AMAZING AND YOU SHOULD BE CELEBRATING RIGHT NOW

Some colleges only consider the highest score, some will even superscore multiple attempts, some will consider all of the scores submitted, some do not even require SATs.

Anyway, it depends on the school, you will need to look at the application faqs for the individual schools. Generally I would suggest that a 2270, regardless of whether it took three tries, will present an excellent SAT result to any school.

You may wish to refrain from attempting the SAT for a fourth time or more. I have read speculation that this may be seen as excessive by some adcoms.
