<p>Have you taken SATs or ACTs yet? I cannot really judge whether you’ll get into the colleges or not if you haven’t taken standardized tests yet. I’m not the best judge for this but I’ll try. Good pointers: A lot of ECs and Competition Awards, although I somewhat worry that having too many ECs may show a lack of complete commitment or may present yourself as someone who’s trying too hard to impress. GPA will need to show an upward trend so do well in junior and senior years. Keep a rigorous schedule but do not kill yourself from overwork.</p>
