Am I even competitive?

I am currently a freshman at a top 50 national university planning on mathematical economics bs/econ ma and political economy ba. I would like to apply transfer to Havard and U Penn, but I don't know if I should bother at this point.

SAT: best scores: 690 math, 760 verbal, 710 writing (all new version)
SAT II: 740 Math 2, 760 US History
APs: 5s on Calc BC, Biology, US History, European History, Statistics, 3 on micro

Extracurriculars in high school:
concertmaster of orchestra, multiple youth orchestras along with other music awards
multiple awards in speech/forensics
key member of state placing Scholastic Bowl team
limited participation in track and gymnastics

Extracurriculars in college:

My current school's academic and social environment are not an optimal match for me. I also think a more prestigious econ faculty would be helpful if I ever want to pursue a PhD.

Just realized this is in the wrong forum.

sounds pretty good, but id retake the sat i to get your math score up
