i got accepted a while ago like early Jan. and i've recently been absent from school for 1 week straight. It's possible that i'll be absent for 2 weeks straight due to family issues and i would like to know..is it possible to have my accepted revoked for that? Is Albany known for revoking acceptances due to absences?

How would UAlbany even know? Just keep up with your classes/ or catch up when you return. Get family to call you in at school as an excused absence if at all possible. Talk to your guidance counselor if you need help.

As long as it’s an excused absence, you should be fine. Colleges receive your end of the year transcript in june which has your absences. Don’t worry about it if you let your teachers and your guidance counselor know.
