Am I good enough? Can I bank on my diversity?

I know that these questions get asked a lot around here, but please answer! I am asking because I'm afraid not getting accepted, not for ego boosts or etc.

My cumulative GPA is 3.3 (un - weighted). My ACT score is 26. I'm taking it again in October.
I've taken various AP courses like Biology, US History, Comp Sci, World History, English Language and I'm currently taking (all APs) Literature, Calc AB, Chemistry, Government and IB Psych. I apparently attend a competitive school (one of top 200 in nation)

I'm a part of Spanish Club (secretary), Quiz Bowl (president), Student Government, Multicultural Club, Math Team and if all goes well, I might start a club soon. I play tennis. I have ~ 100 services hours and am continuing to get more.

I'm Indian (from India) who lived in Australia for 10 years. I moved here during 9th grade. I used to play cricket until I moved here. I speak another language fluently and hosted a show for it.

I'm mainly looking at Ohio State, University Michigan, Miami of Ohio, Cincinnati, UCLA and Case Western. Am I better off applying undecided?

I can get good letters of recommendations (already spoke to teachers). I can probably write some good essays (English teacher will keep grading until perfection).

Is all that enough? Can I get into any of those colleges?
