Am I good enough for ANY accelerated program?

I've been browsing this subsection of CC, and everyone seems to have absolutely stellar grades and ECs. Here are my stats:
Unweighted GPA: 3.78-ish?
Rank: Probably 10-15%
SAT I: 2250 (790 M, 770 W, 690 CR)
SAT II: 770 Bio (Molecular), 760 Math II
Junior Year Course Load: AP Biology (5), AP Calculus AB (4), AP U.S. History
Senior Year Course Load: AP Chemistry, AP Macroeconomics, AP Statistics
Medically-related stuff:
-Volunteering at a hospital, 320+ hours
-Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania volunteering, 100 hours
-shadowed a neuroradiologist and his radiology department (saw deep brain stimulations and other brain surgeries led by renowned surgeons, scans, some interventional stuff like lumbar punctures), 100 hours
-Went to a precollege program that was medically related, saw lectures, examined cadavers, performed labs, visited a trauma center, etc.
Other:
-Marching Band for 4 years, drumline section leader
-Jazz band in grade 9
-Wrestling in grade 9
-Key Club
-Volunteer at an outreach program (100 hours)

I know that my stats aren't good enough for most of the programs (GPA and I need more EC), but do I have even a slimmer of hope for any easier programs out there?

I think you’re competitive for the mid/low tier programs (which are still tough to get into). For the northeast, Drexel and AMC are somewhat easier to get into.

What does “AMC” stand for? ____ Medical Center?

Albany Medical College
