<p>I'm a rising senior, and my stress concerning college applications has lead me to this post. I plan on applying early to U Chicago and Michigan, and the. To UVA, Wake Forest, Northwestern, Penn, and NYU. Any help concerning my chances at these schools would be appreciated. </p>
<p>My info:
-3.95 UW GPA, 4.5 (may be off a little) weighted
-all AP and honors classes aside from yearbook, 5 AP courses taken with three more senior year
-6th in my class (225 in my grade)
-2050 SAT (670 reading, 680 Math, 700 writing) no SAT 2s yet
-4 years varsity tennis (Coach's award and One To Remember freshman and junior year)
-3 years varsity swimming
-2 years member of state winning academic bowl team
-Contributing writer for school paper
-2 years Beta Club (senior year VP)
-2 years NHS
-4 years Key Club (Historian senior year)
-2 years Principal's nominee
-Recipient of Georgia certificate of merit
-2 years Student Council VP (freshman/senior), 2 years treasurer (sophomore/junior)
-3 years yearbook member, co-editor in chief senior year
-Graduate of "Communiversity" program (entrepreneurship and education classes)
-20 hours volunteering at local art gallery, 10 hours reading to elementary school children, 6 months of volunteering at local soup kitchen weekly (unsure of hours but not exceedingly high - roughly 30 hours) </p>
<p>Can anyone help me out? Advice, comments? I know my involvement is mostly inside of the school, but I think I have a large amount of school pride and would carry that to whichever school I go to.</p>
