Am I good enough?

Hi everyone. I am facing a bit of a dilema. I got my SAT scores back and receieved a 2050 (700 M, 630 CR, 720 W). I want major in International Relations and go to law school after completing that. I really love Georgetown but am skeptical whether or not my hopes of getting in are realistic or not. Here are some of my other credentials:
-4.28 GPA
-Ranked 10 out of appr. 500
-National Honor Society V.P.
-School Newspaper Assistant Editor
-Involved in FBLA, DECA, Red Cross, International Society, Girls Soccer, ACT, Spanish Honor Society, NHS, School Newspaper
-Volunteer at a soup kitchen
-Volunteer at my local church
-Graduate of Polish School
-Arts High School participant (my work also went on tour)
-Just completed Girls State
-Summer internship as a file clerk at a law firm
-bilingual; immigrant
Should I retake the SAT for the 3rd time because of my reading score or would colleges look down upon that? Thanks!
