<p>I think you could get into UCSB, but USC is definitely a stretch unless you break 2050 maybe. Your ECs are good, but you may still be a little weak on your gpa. I would check what your UC gpa is, it tells you how to do it on their website and during the app process. Make sure you definitely have some back ups too.
