Am I guaranteed admission to USF Tampa after 30 credits at USFSP?

<p>I got rejected at USF tampa due to average academics and was referred to St. Pete. It said that I can transfer after 30 credits there. Is that guaranteed or will they look at my high school grades and reject me again?</p>
