Am I heading in the right direction? What can I do to improve my chances?

I am currently a junior in high school(in Los Angeles, CA). I skipped two grades. I am bilingual. I have taken my PSAT's and am planning on taking my SAT's in January. How can I improve my chances and what are my chances so far of getting into these schools:
1. UCLA
2. UCSD
3. UCSB
4. UC Riverside
5. UCSC
6. Any other UC schools
7. NYU
8. BU
9. any suggestions?

GPA Freshman Year: Weighted- 4.3. Unweighted- 4.0
GPA Sophomore: Weighted- 3.98. Unweighted- 3.6

PSAT Scores: 56 in reading, 50 in writing, and 40 in math

-I am in a dual curriculum school so I'm taking about 10-14 classes per year.

ExtraCurricluars:
Freshman year: Volleyball team, STUCO, Korei LA(volunteer tutoring to underprivileged children)
Sophomore year: FBLA (future business leaders of America), newspaper, literary magazine and photography club.
Plus some volunteering
Junior Year: Photography club head, book club, yearbook, newspaper, FBLA, literary magazine, fashion club, AIPAC( American Israel Public Affairs Committee), Arabic, and volunteer tutoring.

1) get the best GPA on Junior year. It’s kind of hard to predict now.
2) take rigorous classes and get good grades
3) take participation in what you are passionate about and prove it by winning awards.
4) Seems like you need to spend lots of time in SAT/ACT. If SAT isn’t your fit, take ACT. It’s more time crunching but more straightforward
