I have just finished my 5th semester in electronics and communication engineering.I have co authored two papers, have done a dissertation at the national institute of oceanography.....However I am not very good at scoring marks...ie I have an average of 80% (as far as my college studies are concerned).I have also undergone a summer research program at the Indian Institute of Sciences.
I have a brown belt in karate and I program softwares for fun..(few are available as addons for firefox)....I am preparing for my GRE and am also working on a paper....Do I have a chance in getting into good grad schools in USA???If so...which grad schools should i be expecting???If not....what should I work on to get into really good grad schools?????Do I even have a chance in one of the top 20 grad schools??????

adi, get good GRE scores and you will be fine. Are you planning to take Advanced GRE as well? I have heard that some top schools like to see AGRE (or whatever it is called) scores as well. You might want to check into this.
