If i am , then which pages in the common application should i keep blank when applying for colleges? And if i'm not a home schooled student, then what should i write in the space "school you attend now", and can i use the recommendations from the teachers and school counselors of my previous school? Please help!!!

Use the people from your old school.

Who will complete my midyear and final report? And what will i write in the space “school you attend now”, as i’m not attending any schools?

Before that, please tell me do i need to fill up the home-school supplement?Am i a home-schooled student?

You are an international student, not a US student who is homeschooled. It looks like you are in a country where O levels are the end of secondary school, and A levels are optional.

Contact the international dmissions offices at the colleges/universities that you want to apply to, and ask them how they want you to do things. Do not be surprised if each of them gives you different instructions. You can set up more than one Common App if you need to.

Www.EducationUSA.state.gov is another good resource for you. Get in touch with the counselors at the advising center closest to you. They surely are familiar with your type of situation.

You also can take a look in the international students forum here. Chances are that others from your country have faced this issue as well.

Thanks for your advice! :)
