am i in trouble?

i got on the ucsb admission website today and i had this message:

We are writing to advise you that we have not yet received certain required documents. We have placed a "block" on your academic records which will be removed when all official documents have been received.

Your current status will allow you to continue with registration procedures. However, if we do not receive these documents by 07/15/2009, we will be unable to process your admission further and all course registration will be blocked.

Information on the tabs above titled "Test Scores" and "Transcripts" show which documents have been received. In all cases, documents must be listed as "OFFICIAL" or "COMPLETE." Self-reported or unofficial documents are not sufficient. Documents are considered official only when they are received directly from the school or testing agency. Please contact the school or testing agency immediately and have official copies of missing, partial, or self-reported documents sent to:

i do have a self reported ap test that i took my junior year but i didnt send it because i didnt have the ap number. what do i do?
what is this "block"?

Uh… you have to send in your test scores. If you don’t send in your transcript/scores, you aren’t following the admission requirements, which means you can get rescinded. I don’t understand why you didn’t send them? Did you forget the transcript, too? That’s probably more important. Anyway, you don’t NEED your AP number, just call the AP score hotline and you can give your SSN#, and if you don’t have that, you can talk to a representative and confirm some information. Right now, they are saying that they are blocking you from registering for classes until your documents are in. When’s your orientation? Anyway, I’d advise you to call collegeboard and send the scores using rush delivery.

its only that one ap score that i havent sent in.
and ive already registered for classes.

ya
i think if you could give your name, address, phone number , they might not require you to give your SSN or AP number.
