Am I interpreting Naviance correctly?

I am applying early decision to my number 1 school so I decided to use my school's naviance to see my chances. The overall early decision acceptance rate is 61%. So after messing around with it for a while I came up with an odd statistic. If I set the parameters for GPA to 3.727 to 5 and the SAT to 1500 to 2400, there is a 68/68 100% acceptance rate. Does this really mean that every single student that applied with over a 3.727 got accepted regardless of SAT score? Or does the early decision statistic include students who were deferred then accepted regular decision? I have a 3.77 and a 1900 SAT score so should I feel confident about my chances? Thanks for any and all help!

It’s nice to be hopeful, but don’t consider Naviance as absolute. If you have similar grades and test scores than students who applied to the same school and got accepted, all that means is you have a relatively good chance of getting in. You must remember(especially for more competitive schools) that school that use holistic admissions look beyond grades and test scores and you might not have something that the accepted student(s) had.

If you want some reassurance before decisions come out, your GC should an idea of your chances considering they have seen your LORs/ECs/Essays etc. and those of previous students.

How many students APPLIED with less than like an 1800 or 1900 SAT?
