<p>Hello everyone,</p>
<p>I will be applying to schools this Fall as a Freshman and was wondering whether I was aiming properly given my statistics.</p>
<p>2100 SAT I (M680, CR740, W680) on my first sitting last October. I am fairly certain I gained 20-80 points at the June sitting, but those results are not in yet so for now I guess it will be best to use my October numbers.</p>
<p>Subject Tests: US Hist. 800, World Hist. 750, Lit 690. Hoping for some decent math 1 and 2 scores in October.</p>
<p>3.9/4 (my school does not assign weighted GPA's). Very rigorous curriculum pursued.</p>
<p>WHAP 5, Chem 3, APUSH 5, US Gov't 5, Calc AB 1 or 2 (took a community college class that did not cover integration). </p>
<p>Extra Curricular's:
-Founded and led a very active Arts Club at my local Community College (one of the two best in my state) where I take a lot of dual-enrollment classes.
-Was president of my Comm. College's Political club
-Directed all Student Government programming as Social Vice President
-Initiated, designed and completed an original research project on student motivation in relation to theories of Intrinsic Motivation that is now in the process of being published (I'm first author).
-Contributed a brief autobiography (20p) to a book published by my college on student success.
-Designed and implemented a brand new Freshman First Year Experience program for incoming Freshman at my Comm. College.
-Worked as an Assistant Director of Student Activities to more effectively integrate all aspects of my community college with the local community.</p>
<p>I will have very strong recommendations.</p>
