Am I on the right track? Columbia, MIT, UToronto, Carnegie Mellon, Wellesley

Hi, I'm starting a thread to see how close to the "right track" I am for getting into some colleges. I'm a Junior right now, so I'll be applying this fall.

Chinese, female, Canadian citizen (in the US on parent's work visa)

SAT I- current scores: 770 math, 770 CR, 800 writing (2340 total, retaking for the 800 in math)
SAT II's- current scores: 750 math II, 700 bio (I'm taking chem, math I, and English literature in May.)

AP's- currently taking AP English Language, AP Calculus AB, AP Chemistry. Predicting a 5 in at least Calc and English. My school only offers AP classes to Juniors and Seniors.

Next year, I am taking AP computer science, psychology, English Literature, physics, biology, and statistics.

GPA- (partially weighted system, so honors and AP classes are on a 5.0 scale instead of a 4.0) 4.5

Class rankings have not come out yet, but I am definitely in the top 10%.

Extracurriculars...
Math team (2 yrs, next year will be co-captain. At the state competition, my team was 1st in our division)
FIRST robotics (2 yrs on business, next year on programming)
Pit orchestra
pep band (3 yrs, next year will be co-leader)
National Honor Society
Tri-M (music honor society)
9 years of private piano study (thinking about minoring in piano performance)
Debate team (1 yr, wasn't really my cup of tea)
Brass ensemble
Figure skating (5 yrs, passed pre-preliminary moves and freestyle)

Volunteering...
Tutoring students in math and Spanish
Playing piano at nursing homes
NHS-organized events

Other notable achievements...
Wrote winning essay at a robotics competition last year
Will attend St. Paul's Advanced Studies Program this summer (summer school on steroids, with an application process... my course of study is Artificial Intelligence)

This is all I can think of. Am I on the right track to get into:
Columbia University
MIT
UToronto (safety)
Carnegie Mellon
Wellesley
McGill
UC Berkeley
