Am I on the right track for Cornell? (Sophomore)

Please..I'm really stressing out.

My freshman year sorta sucked because I devoted literally 95% of my time towards piano and Fingerstyle guitar. During that time I wrote some of my most meaningful compositions. So here it goes...

Freshman:
Honors Biology: B/B
Spanish I (honors wasn't offered): B/B
Honors US History: A/A
Honors English I: A/A
Algebra I: B/B

There IS an upward trend and I'm working my ass off to raise these Bs..

Sophomore:
Honors Chemistry: B/A
Spanish II (honors not offered): A/A
Honors World History: A/A
Honors English II: A/A
Theology: A/A
Geometry: B/A (I SUCK at math)

If I get straight As after this I'll graduate with a 3.8 uw/4.1 w; and 8/8 APs taken. PSAT is probably somewhere around 193, but I dont get my scores back until December 8th. I'm really studying so I can break 210 next year.

ECs so far:
Fingerstyle guitar (composer, self taught)
Classical Piano
Astronomy club (President)
Writing (my absolute passion besides music)
CMAquarium (Junior Educator)
And I'm learning Kalaallisut, French and Latin on my own.

I'll be entering writing contests soon, and when I turn 16 I'll begin volunteering and I'll get a job (many places reject me because of my age.)
Also, in the spring I'll be a member of the National Honor Society as well as the Spanish National Honor Society.

I'm going for a degree in English Literature, and I want to be a writer for National Geographic.

I'm not a math/science person in any way, so hopefully graduating with Pre-calc won't slaughter my chances....

Please...I'm sorry for posting this SO many times but I can't help myself...Many of my previous threads were hypothetical/projected if any of you would like to know. This is the real deal.

Thank you.

Bump…!!!

Bump 10char

Don’t worry too much about your freshman grades. I don’t know about Cornell specifically but I know many top colleges ignore those and only look at your later years, and the upward trend will help you either way. It sounds like you have an amazing talent with music, so try and see if you can do something with your compositions, like performing them somewhere prestigious or winning awards for them. Your EC list is short but you seem to be very devoted to writing and music, so enter some competitions and you should be fine!

I would also suggest that you start volunteering early. Something that might look really good is starting an organization to teach piano/guitar to disadvantaged kids, for instance, or people at nursing homes or hospitals. You have some fantastic talents (like composing music sounds amazing to me), so use them! :)

You seem to be on the right track, though!

I also have a similar question, so could you let me know what you think?
Please let me know if I’m on the right track  http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/princeton-university/1247439-am-i-right-track-princeton.html
