Am I on the right track?

I am a junior, NJ resident, I think I should be able to have a 1360 when I get my score report back (1340 in 1 sitting). I think it may be possible to up my score to a 1420, but I don't see much higher than that. I have a 95 GPA in a highschool that you must apply to get into. All courses are considered honors, although none are considered AP (although we can take the AP tests). We have no class rank, and I will be taking SAT II's soon. I played 2 sports freshman year, but gave them up. I am now in NHS, volunteer tutoring homeless children, have taken Cisco semester 1-4 and will be CCNA certified (Cisco networking certification for all who don't know), and I have worked 2 summers as an intern fixing computers and network problems for the army at Ft. Monmouth.

I want to apply to:
UCLA
USC
NYU
UVA

and maybe Cornell or Columbia in the offchance I get lucky or can get that 1420 or higher.

What are my chances at UCLA and UVA most importantly being an out of state resident with my stats?

Assuming your SAT II scores are consistent with your SAT I scores,

UCLA: Reach (out of state)
USC: Match
NYU: Match
UVA: Safe Match (?)
Cornell: Slight Reach
Columbia: Reach
