Am I on the right track?

So I think I've decided on 8 schools that I'm going to apply to. Of the schools I've visited, I don't plan on applying to any of them (Monmouth, Manhattan, CMSM, Stevens IT). They didn't really fit me. Yeah I'm not really sure what I'm doing with this thread but this is my list (ranked from reaches -> safeties).

University of Pennsylvania (I know it's like a 1/100 shot, but wotevaa).
Georgetown University
Boston College
Binghamton University
Boston University
University of Miami
Elon University
SUNY Albany

From what I've read about the schools online, I really like them. However, I'm not sure if my reaches are too unrealistic or if I'm applying to good schools for me.

I have a 1990 SAT (620CR, 670 M, 700W with a 10 essay)
I'm taking it again in October, and my last practice test was a 2060ish
ACT was a 30C, 36E, 31(or2)M, 28S, 24R 10 essay
GPA is a 93.3, big upward trend (89.9, 94.5, 95.5) - Is my freshman year going to screw me over?
I took 7 honors classes and 5 AP classes and one class for 6 credits from STAC, extremely rigorous if not most at school.
School doesn't rank, but top 10% out of about 110.

Does anyone have any suggestions on schools that I should/shouldn't apply to or can anyone give me chances? I don't want to apply to over 10 schools, that's my cap.

I'm going to major in biochem while doing premed. I might minor in spanish but ehhh maybe not.

Thanks to anyone that can help, I know that this message is kinda jumbled but yeah lol.

So, would it be fair to say that your criteria for choosing schools are:

1) urban
2) mid-sized to large
3) eastern seaboard
4) strong sciences - good pre-med support
5) no financial need or constraints

with grades and test scores as stated? Are you a NY resident?

Just want to make sure that the schools we suggest are actually within the range of those you might be interested in.

I’d say that criteria is pretty spot on, but urban/suburban is more accurate. Also, I do need a considerable amount of financial aid. And yes, I am a NY resident.

I’d say your spread of school choices looks pretty good for your scores, though it’s hard to say without knowing anything about your ECs. If you could provide some info on your ECs it may help see if the schools are good matches

My ECs aren’t very stellar, and completely lackluster compared to most people that are on CC.
