Am I on the right track?

<p>My school doesn't do class rank. </p>

<p>Self-studying AP Microecon + AP Macroecon, taking the AP computer science exam and the AP US exam.
Self-studying precalculus, should be in AB or BC calculus next year.</p>

<p>My extracurriculars are alright.. I play hockey, am involved in several clubs around the school, hope to become an EMT soon, but I could use some more (suggestions?). I know everyone just says get involved in what you're interested in, but I'm not sure where to find opportunities.</p>

<p>I should be gettings 5s on my AP assessments and am on track for a good SAT score and good Sat II scores.</p>

<p>So... am I on the right track? I know you guys don't like chancing sophomores, but it'd help me to put everything in perspective. I'm interested in majoring in econ or something related, so I thought uchicago would be a good school to aspire to.</p>

<p>We can’t suggest extracurriculars for you. Find what you’re passionate in and get as involved as you can.</p>

<p>You are on the right track, but a lot has yet to be done. Keep your GPA up and be sure to get 1400+/1600 on the SAT (better 1500+). Get involved in extracurriculars you have a passions for, and show commitment by participating in them for as long as possible (don’t go on and off a few dozen activities) Remember to write good and interesting essays that genuinely reveal your personality when the time comes. </p>
