Am I on the right track?

I know I'm only in 10th grade and that I shouldn't be worrying about these things just yet, but I want to know what to expect.
I've been planning on getting a Molecular Biology major at some prestigious college, I would like to attend an Ivy League like UPenn, Caltech, Cornell, or MIT, but I wouldn't mind Duke, John Hopkins (which aren't easy to get in as well) and UM or UF, which would be like my safety schools.

Right now I have a 4.00 unweighted GPA and a 4.88/6.00 weighted, but I'm convinced that the unweighted will go down because of the B that I got in Accouting this year.

My PSAT scores aren't that good, I got around the 1500s with all three combined but I didn't put any much effort into it so I know I can do much better.

After getting my major I would like to go into medical school and specialize in Obstetrics.

Could you guys tell me if I'm on the right path in order to get into any of those Ivy Leagues? I've been having nightmares over that B in that class I was even forced to take.

I'm no. 1 in my class rank
I'm hispanic in a school where 95% of the students are also Latinos, is that of any help?

Also I have been thinking whether I should mention that I came to the country when I was 10 years old without any knowledge of the English language and in just 4 years I started taking AP classes and standing out among my class members. I don't know, I don't want to sound too self-centered or selfish, but I feel like this would really help my future applications.
Thank you.

Caltech and MIT are not Ivies. Duke and Hopkins are more difficult to get into than Cornell. Perhaps you should do some basic research before posting.

Yes you are doing very well. One B won’t hurt you, especially if you are at the top of your class. Practice for the PSAT and SAT over the summer, or take the ACT. You should get a feel for it because you don’t want that to be the thing that holds you back, because the rest of your resume is spectacular. Also, don’t forget ECs and essays play a role in the admissions process. Volunteer at a hospital if that’s important to you.

I would suggest that you spend much of this summer devoted to the PSAT. You will likely get National Hispanic Recognition Program(a lot of opportunities/scholarship for you and its spread to all Latinos) and, if you work hard enough, you could get national merit semifinalist- a very prestigious award. To be honest, I never knew that accounting factored towards GPA(It doesn’t at my school). Also, don’t forget to be involved in clubs and competition.I would highly recommend you try HOSA if your school offers it(if you found the club, even better). Also, don’t forget to volunteer and have a good SAT and ACT.Hope this helps.
