Am I on the right track?

Hi guys. I know it's definitely too early to get a clear sense of what schools I should be applying to since I'm only a Sophomore/rising Junior, but hopefully you can let me know if I'm on the right track and what to improve on!

Grade: 10
Gender: F
Ethnicity: Asian (unfortunately...)
School: pretty competitive (in NY), on top 100 list, small school (~125 per grade)... this year, we sent 3 to Columbia, 2 to MIT, 1 to Harvard
GPA: My school doesn't actually release this information, but based on a cumulative 'year-end' total, it should be 4.0 UW
Rank: first or second out of 130
Other: I speak English, Chinese and French... and Latin, though you don't really speak it.

Scores: [sorry, I know there's not a lot to base anything on]
-Haven't yet taken SAT, but consistently getting 2200-2300 on practices.
-only one SAT II so far, took the Bio SAT II after 9th grade regular bio - 760, planning on taking Math 2, Chem, French...

Classes:

Freshman year: nothing spectacular, honors math/science, French III, all A's

Sophomore year: honors english, math, science, AP European History (especting 4/5, over 100 average in the class), French IV, Latin X (honors), all A's

Junior year: (projected) - all honors classes, with AP Chem, AP Psychology, AP American His., AP French V (2 year course, so really not AP)

Senior year: (again, projected) - AP French VI, AP Calc BC, AP English (Lit/Language, not sure yet), AP Physics, AP Gov/Econ, possibly AP Stat

Extracurriculars: (these are not so strong...)

French Club - since sophomore year only, considering running for office
Mathletes - since 9th
Varisty Fencing since 9th (projected captain senior year)
Varisty Track since 9th

Independent math research

-2nd place & 2 honourable mentions in French Poetry writing/recitation comp.
-Gold Medal with perfect score in National Latin Exam
-2 Golds, 1 Silver in regional math research competition
-2nd place in regional science fair

Future plans:
-I am entering Siemens and ISEF in junior year, Intel senior year.
-I am going to try and continue to place well in French Contest - if I place first regionally senior year, I win an all-expenses paid trip to France - this year, I got $1500
-Become more involved in clubs... (I know, weak point)

Possible aims:
-Princeton (top choice...)
-Yale
-Berkeley?
-WUSTL (dad is alumni)
-Harvard
-Oxbridge ?
-Brown/Duke/Columbia
-Stanford

I know these are all reaches - I haven't really considered what school I am going to apply to yet, at least not in great depth.
Anyway, thanks for reading it (yes, its long >.<) and hopefully you guys can give me some advice, suggestions, comments... anything! thanks in advance!
