Am I on Track for An Ivy League School?

Hello everyone! Before, you read, I'm currently a rising junior in a public highschool and I would like to go to an east-coast college, like Princeton or Dartmouth. I want to major in chemical engineering. Should I be doing anything different?

Freshman year:
Concert Band (highest concert band at my school)
Accelerated Chemistry
Accelerated Geometry
Debate 1
AP Human Geography-received a 5
Spanish 2
Accelerated English 2
Jazz One (highest jazz band at my school)
Concert Orchestra (highest orchestra at my school)

Sophomore year:
Concert Band
AP Chemistry
Accelerated Algebra II
Jazz One
AP Psychology
Accelerated English II
Spanish III
AP World History
Concert Orchestra
AP Microeconomics

Precalculus and gym over the summer

My approved schedule for junior year is:
Symphonic Band
AP Physics B
AP Calculus AB
AP Java
AP English
AP Spanish
AP Environmental Science

Some ECs:
During my freshman and sophomore years I played 1st in my instrument in marching band. When my instrument's section leaders where all absent from rehearsal I took their place and taught the music/drill to new members for two weeks.
I am taking 8 classes this year (I take AP Micro online after school).
AllState Concert Band-2 years
AllState Jazz Band-1 year
DECA-1 year; I got 1st place in the individual and double categories I competed in this year
Volunteering Group-1 year; I've volunteered for around 75 hours
Quiz Bowl-1 year; my team won all 3 of the competitions we entered into
Spanish Club-1 year
I will be in Spanish National Honor and National Honor Society next year.
I will be a section leader in my marching band next year, and I will be 1st chair in my bands.
I will be attending at least 1 science camp this summer, possibly two.
I have a 4.0 unweighted GPA and my SAT scores are just breaking 2000. I know I can bump it up to a minimum of 2200 through studying over the summer.

Am I doing ok? Should I be doing something different? Would it be better for me to join and comepete in another group, like Debate or Speech, or should I focus on trying to get into a professional community/state band and/or volunteer more?
