Am I on track for these schools?

<p>I'm a high school sophomore. Based on some of my statistics (I'm aware I'm only a sophomore and everything is subject to change) what are some good schools for me/chances for getting in some of the schools I'm interested in. </p>

<p>Class Rank; 8/114</p>

<p>School type; Small public</p>

<p>GPA; 93/100 (Not sure what that is on a 4.0, but all grades are over a 90) </p>

<p>PSAT; 217 (Be mindful this was only a practice test at home, but I perform well usually on standardized tests) </p>

<p>Class Rigor.; I take the most rigorous schedule that is offered to me, my school doesn't have many opportunities so I take advantage of what I have. </p>

<p>ECs; Class Gov't (Treasurer), Varsity Baseball, Football (starting next year) Peer Leadership, 90+ hours of community service, Some school awards in Math and Science.
- I'm very weak in this part. </p>

<p>I'm interested in universities such as Columbia (dream school, very very unlikely), UVa, Fordham, NYU, Binghamton, Syracuse, GWU, American University. These are all very good schools, and I know many will be reaches. I just need some guidance- am I on the right track? Are some of these schools in the realm of possibility? Anything is appreciated, Thank you very much.</p>

<p>As long as you really commit yourself to your ECs and and procure leadership roles, as well as keeping up your strong academic standing, you’ll be very well prepared for any school come application time :)</p>

keep in mind that most schools you mentioned can’t have guaranteed admission.
