Am I on track for UNC? (in-state)

I'm a North Carolina student interested in the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Here are my stats:
*Sophomore
*Top five percent of my class
*GPA 4.6 (weighted) 4.0 (unweighted)
*Extracurricular activities: Marching Band; the school musical; concert band; small ensemble; take singing lessons regularly
*Clubs: Keywanettes, Student Council, Overlooked (community service), and French Club.
*Honors/Awards: All-County Band; All-District (hopefully auditioning for All-State); Voted Most Outstanding Woodwind
*During the summer I regularly volunteer at an animal hospital 5-8 hours a week
*Regularly volunteer at a animal welfare organization 5 hours every other week
*I took the PSAT, and my score report said my predicted SAT is anywhere from 1800-2000.
*My mother went to UNC and graduated

I am mostly concerned with my lack of leadership. I plan on running for positions in the clubs I'm involved with.

Also, because of my age, finding a job is difficult. I'm a little to young to start applying for jobs. When I turn sixteen before junior year, I plan on searching.

If I am not likely to get in, what should I do in order to gain acceptance?

Take 6-8 APs and have a 1300+ CR and Math and you’ll be in.
