<p>I want to apply as an international freshman... But I hear it does need higher conditions than a domestic freshman. How can I feel safe? As long as I exceed ISU's average GPA and Class Rank is it OK?</p>
<p>I got in with a 3.4 GPA and a 28 on my ACT with good Xtra Activites, and they gave me 5.5k a year.</p>

<p>ISU is easy to get into. I got in with a 3.5 and a 21 ACT. OOS and a 4.5 K scholarship. Well my class rank was extremely high, and I was in more of a unique situation.</p>
