Am I on track?

I saw a post by another sophomore wondering if they were on track, so I thought I would make my own. I am currently a sophomore at a pretty competitive high school with over 3500 students. My goal is to be accepted to do premed or major in Bio or Chem at some T20s (Stanford, Northwestern, Vanderbilt, Johns Hopkins, WashU, etc.)

Freshman Year:
Courseload:
-English 9 Honors - A
-World Geography Honors - A
-Intro to Communications - A
-Principles of Biomedical Science - A
-Biology Honors - A
-Pre-Calculus Honors - A
-PE - A
-Spanish 1 Honors - A
My schedule was really light freshman year due to my school not permitting freshman to take AP classes, so these are pretty much all required classes.

Extracurriculars:
-Science Academic Super Bowl
-Math Academic Super Bowl
-Medical Club
-Key Club
-TEAMS
-Math League
…and some other activities (concessions, babysitting, etc.)
All super generic, no leadership positions.

Sophomore Year:
Courseload:
-AP Biology - A
-AP Calc AB - A
-AP Human Geo - A
-Chem Honors - A
-Spanish 2 Honors - A
-English 10 Honors - A
-Interactive Media - A
-Intro to 2D/3D Art (lol) - A
I’m taking the max number of APs for sophomores (only 3 rip).

Extracurriculars:
-Chemistry Olympiad
-HOSA (founder + president)
-Medical Club
-Science Academic Super Bowl
-TEAMS
-ExploraVision competition
-Hospital volunteer
-Freshmen mentor
…and some other activities (working at McDonalds, working at Kumon, babysitting, etc.)
Still pretty generic. However, I directed my focus toward science and medicine and cut out the clubs I didn’t really enjoy.

Test Scores:
I have yet to take the SAT. However, I have recently scored a 1480 on an official practice test, so hopefully I can bump that up to 1550+ by grinding.
I plan on taking SAT II Math II and SAT II Bio at the end of this year.

Awards: none rip
I hope to get some awards in the future, including PSAT National Merit, National AP Scholar, as well as some through TEAMS, HOSA, Science Bowl, ExploraVision, Bio Olympiad, Chem Olympiad, etc.

My Plan for the Future:
I hope to either get an internship or do research with a professor at a local T20 this upcoming summer.
I plan on taking 6 APs next year and 6-7 senior year.
I plan on starting a Bio Olympiad club next year.
I will hopefully get a leadership position in Medical Club.

So yeah. Hopefully, my app becomes more competitive as I progress through high school. I’m just happy that I decided to cut out the clubs I didn’t enjoy and fully enjoy the activities I’m doing this year. I know it’s still pretty generic, so feel free to critique it, and please offer suggestions!!

Come back when you are a junior with two full years of a GPA and actual standardized test scores. It is good to take school seriously and know that college will be on your horizon, but it is too early to start planning for specific colleges

I was just wondering if I was on track for T20 schools with what I have so far.
