My Freshman GPA for the first semester was 4.0, I screwed up in Spanish with a B+, and got 3.8 the second semester.
I'm in my sophmore class at the moment, and weighted I have a 3.8, with a Geometry grade hanging right at a B+ which has me very worried. Unweighted, I have a 3.6. Hopefully, I'll be able to fix that geometry grade if I put more effort into the class. I'm planning to hit the required amount of community service hours, which is 40, this year. I was in the key club last year, no position. No clubs this year, but I'm joining the swimming team. I'll be getting a job this summer, so I guess I'll be able to put work experience down on my resume also.

I'm aiming for Stanford, Penn, MIT, Harvard, Berkeley, or UCLA, given I'm interested in a business major. Anyhow, given I continue the track of this GPA and extracurricular activities, do I have a good chance into admission to any of these colleges?

Hm.
UCLA is a nice business school, so I’m not worried if I get into it. However, I’d be more interested in getting into Stanford. By more extracurricular, what do you mean? And, I take it that means I’m not lacking on the grades section?

Well, a couple of B’s in the freshman and sophomore years won’t kill you, but you have to understand how incredibly competitive unhooked spots at Stanford level schools are. Most kids are rejected that are top two to three in their class with 2300+ SAT scores – many of these kids have perfect GPAs throughout high school taking the most rigorous courses their school has to offer.

By better extracurricular activities I mean showing a passion for 1-2 activities that you do on a national to international level. Not just playing a few random sports, joining a few clubs, or working for your local hospital for a summer, although those things can help marginally.

Hmm.
My weighted GPA should most certainly show improvement in the next two years. The problem is Sophmore year was the first year with an AP class, and there was only one. As for extracurricular, ugh. I’m a bit lazy on that.
