THANKS FOR THE ANTICIPATED HELP

I often feel that I am also an ordinary candidate (and still do). Personally, I think you are a great candidate and your EC are very impressive. I especially liked the fact your campaigned at Was. D.C. and stuff. That will stand out on your application.
What about your opinion about me? My stats at at the thread "What are my chances."

You are a good candidate for schools like Emory, Vanderbilt, Case Western, URochester, Grinnell, Hamilton, Trinity C (CT), UWisconsin, UIllinois, UWashington, UFlorida, Villanova, Trinity U (TX), Connecticut College, Denison, Furman, Skidmore, Bard, Whitman, etc...

you get the point. There are many top tier schools to choose from. Don't be discouraged, just do your research, and you'll have many options. Just remember to have Reaches/Matches/Safeties on your final college list.

Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot blaineko. Yea I'm real interested in Emory and Vanderbilt but if I applied ED to Duke do I stand a chance or is it unlikely.

Pump it up!

You're solid at Emory, Duke is a reach, but give it a try and try to interest the track coach, that would push you over the line.

bump plz bring to top

Contact the coach at Duke...he would definately help your application, and if you ED at Duke, you'll have a good shot. As for Vandy and Emory, I believe you have a good chance--excellent, if you get in touch with the coaches at each school.

well im def. applying ed at duke but I don't think I'm college material for athletics

lets plz bump this up one more time

Emory ED would be a good chance(over 75%). Duke I would say 40%

ty very much

Last time I bump, I promise

plz last time officially

plz other schools match/reach

But thats beside the point...your question is far too relative. In comparison w/ people on collegeconfidential.com:yes, you are extremely ordinary and maybe even below average. In context of the nation: you are an extremely bright fellow with an equally bright future. You have a decent chance at your list of schools; good luck with the application process...and if your EC's are as awesome as you make them sound, don't be afraid to brag.

ZZ3

P.S. please evaluate my stats in the "Princeton" or "What are my chances" forum.

P.P.S. no, I usually do not bump

alrite thanks this is the end of the thread after i lsat for my last time for anyone elses advice on other schools ty

yeah, noone is perfect. The trick is to show the uniqueness on the application. The best place is the essays.

and ValdezVivasMR is totally right. you are ordinary here but a shining star in the nation.

Might want to look at Colgate, Holy Cross, or Bowdoin.
