I'm currently looking into colleges and want suggestions of top universities to attend based on what I'm looking for in colleges and what are my actually chances of getting there.

GPA: 3.75 UW (Low grades freshman year due to family problems explained in my personal statement, all A's and 2 B's since)

Also took 30 units (1 college year) worth of classes at a local community college

ACT: 31
E: 32
M: 34
R: 29
S: 30
W: 7

Extracurricular:

-Student Government, 3 years (10th and 11th grade class representative; 12th grade class VP)
-Cross Country, 4 years (3x Varsity letter, 2x Varsity Team Captain, Most Improved Athlete 10th grade)
-Track and Field, 4 years (3x Varsity letter, 2x Varsity Team Captain)
-Unity Club (club that helped unify the school and break status quos, 11th grade activities directors, 12th grade VP)

Community Service:

-Discipleship church group leader (4 hours weekly, all year, 3 years)
-100 Mile Club (motivated children to be more proactive and maintain physical health 3 hours weekly, 37 weeks, 3 years)

Also
-I'm African-American
-My parents didn't attend college
-I was the first generation in my family to be born in the US
-I'm low-income and qualify for reduced price lunches, VERY close to free lunches
-I'm from Cali
-Essay talks about severe family hardships I overcame to become the man I am today

WITH ALL THAT (that's not nearly all of my app but it's all the important things), what are my possibilities of getting into a top school? Such as the Ivies, Stanford, Duke, Vanderbilt, Northwestern, Pomona College, Rice, USC, UCLA, UCB, etc. My brother got accepted to Pomona with a much lower GPA, slightly lower ACT, and equal amounts(if not more) of EC's and community service so I feel semi qualified for high end universities/ colleges. I am currently looking into doing ED at Pomona, but I am debating if I'm qualified enough to take the risk and do REA at Stanford instead.
