<p>Just got a letter saying that CMU has reviewed my application and is anxious to respond to me. However, they did not get my midyear grade report yet (which isn't possible since semester grades are due today), so they said they couldn't make the decision. Does this mean that I am on the fence? I am worried because my semester grades are mediocre at best. Or am I just reading too much into this, and it's just a generic letter? Thanks.</p>
<p>It’s a generic letter. They’ll make the decision when they get the midyear report.</p>
