I'm a senior.
I have a 2340 on the SAT1 (800 CR, 770 M, 770 W) from junior year
I have a 96%
National/International Awards
International student :( :(

But I ended up having to take my SAT2s VERY late because I was sick and stress and I don't know. So I took them Jan 2014 (I know, I know):

So I got 780 on Bio (decent, but I thought I managed a perfect score) and a 730 (!!!!!) on SAT Math 2. That's like 74th percentile!! :( I don't know HOW I made so many mistakes. I was nervous and didn't get much sleep, certainly, but I was scoring way better on practice tests.

The thing is, I took AP Bio junior year and AP Calc sophomore year. The last time I did precalc level stuff (and I never did an actual course) was freshman year, when I took Algebra 2 honours. Will universities cut me some slack? I'm applying only to highly selective schools.

You have great SAT1 scores, and a 780 is nothing to scoff at. Universities won’t care that you didn’t score an 800, the 20 points is pretty negligible when they’re that high, and with your grades and SAT scores, a 730 won’t hurt you. It’s a good score.

Don’t stress yourself. There’s nothing you can do and 730 certainly isn’t a bad score. Highly selective schools reject students with 800s every year.

literally chill out, it’s good that you don’t have perfect scores on every single thing to show that you aren’t just a good test taker who lucks out with scores and you work hard instead of just being able to answer stupid questions

730 on Math Level 2 is mediocre for top colleges. You had several opportunities during your senior year to take the SATs. Don’t be surprised if you receive rejection letters.

Thanks for the advice, again. I’ve cooled down now. I can’t do anything about it now.
TBH, I don’t think I’ve had the best math curriculum and that’s definitely hindered me. I sat in on a different HS’s math class and it was way better.
