I'm really worried right now, because I submitted my application for a high school science internship, and I told them that I took classes at a local community college. But I didn't realize that I might have to send them my transcript for those classes, so they could see the grades I got in them. But I did mention it, so now I don't know if I should email them and ask if I need or should send the grades, but what if they think I'm irresponsible then, or should I just let it go and see what happens? There weren't any instructions on how to deal with commuinty college classes, and I did get A's in the classes, but I just didn't realize I might have to send in the grades, uuuuuugggggh. This was my first time doing this whole application kind of stuff, and I didn't have anyone to really help me, since the guidance counselors were too busy with seniors. What should I do?

Better safe than sorry. I suggest you ask, but admit you were being slightly irresponsible.
