hello,
I'm in a bind here. As of middle of october, I was going to be involved in an activity. so on my resume I included my senior year for the time that I have been involved in the activity.

well, I forgot to put that on the app. I emailed the school.
then I got the email that that change has been made already.

as of now, I am not going to be involved in that activity because it is way too demanding. I am taking too many AP classes and already have 3 other activities going on.

I emailed the school that I am no longer part of that activity.
It might seem like a silly question, but as we all know, most of us are basically neurotic and paranoid right now over college admissions.

Will this hurt my admission? Have I screwed myself over this???

No, you are not screwed over, for the following reasons:

1.) You were honest at the time you submitted your resume.
2.) Quitting an activity is a legitimate action.
3.) Colleges understand that situations do change over time.

I suggest you give them another email saying that you now quit the activity.
