so I was checking to make sure I'm done with everything, when I found the International Supplement for the Secondary School Report. I wasn't even aware this existed, so I didn't give it to my counselor. All my stuff has already been sent in, and there's no way I can get the international supplement in time for the Jan 1 deadline. my counselor is out till mid january.

still, I was checking the form and it doesn't seem relevant at all. basically all it asks for are leaving examinations grades, and I already sent those 'cause I graduated last may, so i sent my IB diploma. So does it really matter? or will schools not even consider my apps cause i'm missing that form? any advice appreciated, please!

Unless you have been attending non-U.S. based school, you don't need to fill out this Int'l Secondary School Supplement. These are only required of those schools that don't normally speak English in classes or that are irrelevant to American system.

Relax. So long as you got your application in on time, you are fine. If you call and find out that you ought to have sent the additional form, you can overnight it. No big deal. The ad offices are not out to make it hard for anyone, least of all international students who contribute to their diversity quotient.
