plus i have really good ec's and i am a very good swimmer, and am at the junior national level

i really want to go to yale, and it sounds crazy, but do i at least have a chance?

Though nothing is impossible, consider Yale and other high ranks a significant reach, You need to understand that those you will be competing with won’t have any of those F’s and retakes and hardly any Bs much less any Cs or Ds so you have to present something real impressive in other areas to be chosen over them.

You also have a significant issue that you need to look into for any colleges to which you intend to apply. You retook your failed math classes but you did not retake your English and Biology D’s in sophomore year. many schools require 4 years of English and three of lab science and it appears Biology right now is one of your three. Some of those require at least a C or higher in required high school courses (for example, all the UCs) and thus you could be deemed as not having completed a required course needed for admission which effectively precludes you from being admitted. Thus, check the rules of each college you intend to apply to carefully.

Don’t respond to this ■■■■■. I searched his past posts and the schedule and grades he listed are complete bs.

Have you been evaluated for any learning disabilities? Consistently bad grades in math can be an indicator for dyscalculia. Erratic grades and high standardized test scores can be an indicator for inattentive type ADD.

If there is any chance that you have this kind of issue, you want to identify it now. That way you will be able to master the coping skills necessary for dealing with it in college.

sorry to disappoint, but i’m actually not a ■■■■■…and for the D in ap bio and english, you are not allowed to make it up at all. most of the bad grades are because of an excessive amount of absences. even this year, i had to repeal to get credit for first semester.

“excessive amount of absences”

You need to sort this out. Depending on the specific reason(s) for those absences, you should be getting help from your counselor, the school social worker, the school psychologist, your personal physician, or someone else.

well i have brought doctors notes to my school when i appealed…and i t was because i was very sick constantly
