<p>Hey, I got into Rutgers a while ago. I clicked on enrolled(not thinking) and submitted that i wanted to stay at Rutgers College in New Brunswick. The thing is I dont want to go here and i submitted by accident. Do i have to go? I didn't pay the $125 fee that is mandatory. They requested final transcript, which at this point school is not done and I am not going to send. Am i obliged to go to Rutgers, or can I just not pay the fee and they'll reject my offer?</p>
